RESERVATION POLICY
- Deposit of 50% of the total amount is required upon confirmation of booking.
- Balance to be paid on day of arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund of Deposit when one week's notice is given minus 20% administration fee. Failure to notify, forfeits a refund of the deposit There is no extra charge for changing the date. We are flexible in our policy to accommodate your request (subject to availability of cottages)
